Refund Policy
Please note that if a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will
try to replace with a similar product or if we are unable to provide a
replacement, we will refund the amount of that product onto your credit
card. If you are paying by direct debit to our nominated bank account,
we will either hold the refund amount in credit for your next order or
will provide you with a cash refund when we deliver your order.
Replacement policy
If the specific product you request is unavailable, we will endeavour to
provide you with a suitable alternative product. If this alternative is
cheaper than your original request, we will provide you with a credit or
refund. Occasionally we may need to provide a more expensive product and
in this instance we may need to add the extra cost to your bill. We will
however do our best to find the requested product from one of our
wholesalers. If you do not want us to replace any specific product,
please include these instructions in the "Add Comments About Your Order"
box on the Checkout page.
